After your order is placed, Red Cloak Home will send a design questionnaire covering your store layout, workflow, point-of-sale equipment, storage needs, paint selection, and requested upgrades.

Once the questionnaire is returned, a phone consultation will be scheduled to finalize the details. Optional upgrades are priced separately, and every added cost will be reviewed with you before production begins. No surprise invoice nonsense after the wood is already cut.

Production Time & Notes

Production time: Contact Red Cloak Home for the current production estimate. The timeline begins after the questionnaire, consultation, paint selection, layout, and final specifications are approved.

Local delivery and setup: Free delivery and setup are available within 100 miles of ZIP code 15928.

LTL freight: Orders outside the local delivery area may be shipped in protective crates by freight truck. Standard freight service delivers the packaged counter to the property and does not include moving it inside, unpacking it, or completing setup.

White-glove delivery: White-glove delivery may be available for an additional fee based on the destination and schedule. This service includes delivery in an enclosed trailer, placement inside the business, and assembly of the included pieces.
