Shipping policy
All orders placed are processed within 3 full business days (excluding weekends and holidays) you receive your order confirmation email. Custom designed products have a 7-10 business day processing time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that require a 7-10-business day processing:
- Stove Covers
- Pastry Boards
Items that require a 4-6 week processing are our bars and furniture products. Unless it is a custom order. Custom orders with changes to original build are non refundable, cannot be cancelled, and are at a 6-12 week processing time. Our bars and furniture products also have shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@redcloakhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
