    Thrilled with our new bar!! It’s so beautiful! Has more of a black color than brown but it works fine in the space we have it in! Be sure to read shipping details. You will be billed before it ships separately if you’re outside the range of the company. But the customer service was good especially when working out the details. Owner is nice and helpful!

    This item turned out above expectations. Small issue with shipping that the seller resolved by personally delivering across country!! Very happy with this item and outstanding customer service. The seller did everything she could to ensure she fulfilled this order despite a very high customer demand for their products. You will not be disappointed with the end product and it was BY FAR the BEST PRICE I could find anywhere for this quality work.

    The counter we ordered is spectacular and looks great in our shop! We sent them textured Slatwall to use instead of wood, and they happily applied it, allowing us to merchandise the sides. The snow caused the shipping to be delayed about a month, but they were willing to drive it if necessary so I appreciated the dedication. The item does say there are holes drilled for POS, but they don't do this unless requested, so bear that in mind. an incredible five-star piece, and everyone is raving about it!

    The bar is beautiful. well made. Almost exactly as we envisioned. It arrived without the ordered foot rest. We chose to not have a footrest delivered because we don’t want to be responsible for damage we could cause to the wood. We await the promised refund. There were several instances of miscommunication during the process. The owner has been quick to explain problems with delivery and in the end someone drove it down instead of the expected freight company due to it being bumped off the truck. We really appreciated that effort. We look forward to using it for many years to come. We posted this review after careful consideration. We probably didn’t ask enough questions up front. We did see the owner has added some further explanation of the delivery process to their description and hope this lessens confusion moving forward.
